    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Hi, I’m Jemma! I’m a 41 year old Mum of 3. Before Covid, I worked full-time as a lash technician, and that’s when I started having back pain and poor posture, I turned to Pilates for relief - and it completely changed my life!

    Not only did Pilates improve the pain and help my posture, but it also reignited my love for movement and exercise. Now, I’m hooked and passionate about sharing the amazing benefits of Pilates with others. It’s not just a workout - it’s a game changer!

    BARRE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

    I have danced since I was 3 years old and have a degree in musical theatre as well as primary teaching. I have a passion for making connections and making people feel good about themselves and their bodies!

    I offer Barre Fitness classes that challenge the full body, using weights and equipment, to improve balance, strength, co-ordination, as well as sculpting and toning muscle.

    MEDITATION TEACHER

    I’m a meditation teacher and qualified Mental Health Empowerment Mentor, working with both children and adults. I support individuals in building confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth through mindfulness and coaching. I'm passionate about promoting mental health and believe in the power of meditation to support emotional and mental wellbeing.
