Serenity Sculpt
The ultimate full-body workout, designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen every inch of your body.
This class combines the muscle-lengthening and core-strengthening movements of Pilates with just the right amount of intensity to challenge you.

There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing people build strength and confidence through my classes. I strive to create an enjoyable and supportive environment where everyone can discover the joy of movement!

My dedication and passion for Pilates was discovered when we decided to open Serenity House. As co-owner of the business, initially, I wanted to understand the qualities of a great instructor when recruiting instructors to be part of our Serenity House team. However, from the moment I started the journey, I just fell in love with Pilates.
I now teach my own classes and seeing the difference Pilates makes to others, through improving their physical & mental wellbeing is a joy.
